After the 1947 partition of the sub-continent, Pakistan received areas of the sub-continent having majority of muslims. Kashmir had a population with 99% of people following Islam. It had been decided to accede Kashmir to Pakistan based upon its heavy muslim majority. However, this never happened. India occupied Kashmir by force. Since 66 years, the Indian Army has been committing heinous atrocities upon innocent civilians of Kashmir with full protection from the democratic government of India.
