After the CT and visit with the surgeon, the answer is maybe for surgery. I have to do one more test next week to see if the right side of my bile duct is tumor-free. If it is, well do surgery around June 1 (have to wait six weeks after chemo to let my body heal). If not, we continue with the chemo. Ill find out tomorrow morning when my test next week is scheduled. The surgeon was very pleased with my progress so far. My main tumor mass has shrunk from 7 cm to around 4.5, he guesstimated. The left side of my liver, where the tumor is, has also shrunk, while the healthy right side has has grown. All very good signs, he said!
