After the session conducted by the Sangguniang Bayan last June, the decision was NO DENR PERMIT TO OPERATE/ NO OPERATION not even testing. As the KAPITAN DEL BARRIO of Barangay San Antonio, it is NOT to the best interest of our community to welcome this type of business. Not only is it environmentally harmful to our water system, it is also a health hazard. I appeal to the good Mayor Lourdes S. Cataquiz to have this company transferred to where it can do no harm to the environment and the people.
