After they arrived safe on Earth once more, Steve had advised that they return to the tower as soon as possible. He offered Eva to come with if she needed to, but otherwise the rest of them (the Avengers members specifically) needed report back to Fury. Loki would have to, as well, and would need to be returned to his cell. At least, thats what Tony saying needed to be done. But Steve wasnt pushing. With Bruce back to his calmer form, he and Stark went ahead to inform Fury of their return and what had happened. Steve, however, stayed behind as Loki was taking Jaden to her room. He still carried her in his arms, his walk slow enough to be careful of the wounded, unconscious woman in his arms. Steve walked with the two and Eva to Jadens room but once they arrived, he knew he needed to head to see Fury. Nick will probably be...making his way here as soon as we get half the mission out. Just a heads up... he told them, hesitating at the door, before he left the three alone. Loki went to stand before Jadens bed, messy as she had left it when she went to visit Eva. He did not lay her down, though. His magic surrounded her in a green hue as she raised in the air, her arms spread. As he levitated her, he turned her around to where he could see the wounds on her back. There was a harsh intake of breath as Loki observed. And then he turned on Eva. ....Did you even try...Eva...? he asked, taking a single step towards her. His demeanor was that of an angered predator almost, now, with the anger boiling in him. The control of a mission was gone now, so there was nothing holding his rage back at the entire situation. You hang beside her, your wounds healing, and here she is now....wings torn from her back, lashed and scarred, and for WHAT!?
