After they cleaned out her abdomen yesterday, Lilyans kidney function suffered a bit but they are hopeful this is temporary. The doctors want to discuss day by day the decision to close her abdomen incision or not, they continue to weigh the pros and cons of the added stress vs the risk of infection. She is still on the same level of supportive therapy for her blood and brain pressure which is good that they are keeping everything stable, but we hope to see Lilyans body take over these functions. Everything else remained stable through the night, the liver continues to function, now we just need it to be at 100% so the rest of her can follow suite!
