After this tripadvisor review came in to the place of my employment, myself and the other servers we severely reprimanded. If you actually comprehend why is being said, the unpleasant experience was totally out of the servers control. To quote the very last sentence, The service was fine. I personally did not work on this day. However, I do know that the girls who did, were short one of the three people we have on each shift. So they were left to serve and run the register. So kudos to them! Way to girls! My issue is to have my job threatened for things out of my control, ie the kitchen help wearing gloves, the food coming out cold, and appearance of the building, is absurd. I understand that when people who are guilty and humiliated tend to feel backed into a corner. It still doesnt justify trying to push all blame on the innocent. So professional....
