After two agonizing weeks in a rental car I finally got my ride back!! Just wanted to shout out all the people who SUCKED along the way.... 1st to the guy who Hit me: stay in your lane bro and the next time you decide to lose control at 70mph- dont take someone with you. 2nd to STATE FARM: You REALLY suck, you wouldnt pay for all (4) tires to be removed and cleaned- so what you were going to return my car with grass still stuck in the rim and brake rotor?! , you tried to deny that the new bumper needed to be painted to match, you wouldnt pay for a damn carwash, your original estimate didnt note that I had a broken strut on my rear suspension, and then you let my car sit for (4) days after it was FINISHED (in good faith by my body shop) before you sent out your obese, incompetent claims adjuster, 3rd to AAA who sucks for making me wait for 4.5 hours for 3 different tow truck drivers before someone got there who actually knew how to do their job and TOW the car Lastly, Enterprise who rented me a car in So. Fla whose AC doesnt work over 35mph..... You all suck and no matter how calmly and politely your customer service reps talk to me, it wont give me back the HOURS on the phone Ive spent to get you people to do your damn job!! Cheers!
