After two weeks, our electricity is back on! Yay!!!! Thank you Helco for the hard work!!!! Its pretty scary that a strong tropical storm or even a smaller hurricane can do so much damage. I will forever be grateful to the volunteers that helped and was bringing supplies, ice, food, ordering generators (you know who you are), mailing batteries and even giving that hug when we needed it. It really helped, especially when we went through our true turmoil and some of the communities closest to us couldnt even understand that anything of any significance even happened over here. My truest, most sincere thank you to all of you that took the time and made the effort to help out the Puna community! We did need and appreciate your help!
