After watching this video, Im left thinking, Why the hell did we EVER leave Bakersfield? UC Berkeley? Chez Pannise? Prizefighter? Shoot, Bako has Bakersfield College, Elephant Bar and... And... Uh... The hotel bar at the Padre, I guess. And who wants to look at rolling hills covered in Coastal Live Oaks, the San Francisco Bay and the Golden Gate. In Bako, we had endless plains of dirt, weeds and discarded mattresses and majestic mid-town oil refineries. AAAND, there was poor air quality so that the next mile was a constant surprise as it drifted into view. The clear air in the Bay gives everything away too quick. Pshah!
