After watching this video, it doesnt necessarily mean you dont have to eat sushi ever again if you enjoy it, just be aware and be informed that it can and does happen. Although sushi and sashimi can be associated with parasitic infections they are rare. Patients who eat uncooked fish are at risk for ingesting the parasitic worm Anisakis.
