After working in food service/customer service for 30 years, I am always surprised when people have problems with things that I think should be intuitive. Sometimes when I listen to how my staff reaches certain conclusions or I come in and see things happening, I can actually feel my brain wanting to implode. I cant even get mad, they are so sweet and innocent in their inexperience. Heres to teachable moments.
