So i ate a good meal wheat spaghetti, and grilled lemon pepper chicken 2/3 hours prior to drinking my preworkout. It didnt get me all hyped up and pumped up how I thought it would, but maybe because I only drank half a serving (I was scared to get anxiety lol). I did although work out out 3 longer than I originally would after I actually got up my butt and started. I guess it just gave me that extra push, motivation to keep going. Then I drank my protein with almond milk. I feel this is actually a good start of a new lifestyle. At least hopefully lol because before I bought things and didnt use them.
