After writing a few different long winded opinions on numerous posts from others on this page, I noticed that there is ALOT of negativity towards my beloved city (NOT all, but some). I feel myself missing things that used to be as well, and sometimes forgetting that there are still Calgarians here that still LOVE this city whether or not we agree with the new heart of the west concepts. Soooooo to follow in Rob Brovoskys steps and take a page from his book, I am tying to get thoughts on an additional daily post, same idea as his daily where am I pics but a little different. These pics will be of forgotten/missed gems in some of the areas of this city that deserve some recognition. Some of the areas that people including myself feel they need to defend on a regular basis. The point is to show everyone, that every area of Calgary is worth putting time, money and energy into. Thoughts????
