After yesterdays malnutrition nearly going comatose day, Ive re-Thunk and re- calculized this dieting crap ! Lol Today , Im on the raspberry zinger plan. I came to the conclusion that one little old zinger is healthier than my usual sonic burger in each hand, a large cherry coke, extra cherry , a milk shake between my.legs and a large fries on the console. I figger found from ten thousand calories per day to 1800 is liable to kill me ! Yesterday, my truck tried to turn into the Sonic despite my efforts to wrestle the steering wheel ! Once I caught it backing out my drive headed there on its own ! Lol. I have NEVER had so much weight to loose! I was always hit the gym and burn it off. Walking and old lady water aerobics is not going to cut it ! Lol..If yall dont hear from me for a couple of days , I will be at mercy hospital on a number one burger meal IV !!!
