Afternoon Everyone, Happy Monday Hope you all had a great weekend. Today Im back in the hospital in the room I called home for the first month of this journey, back for round 3 of 4 in the consolidation stage of my treatment. The finish line is now in sight this time next month will be round 4 of 4. Then about 3-4 weeks after to build up my strength and hopefully get back to a normal routine with life. The amazing thing is that I am just a shell of my old self. I now see the world through a different set of eyes. My heart has reorganized my priorities (Id rather devote my life to being with my family rather than devoting my life to supporting them, and being an absentee participant in this wonderful life). I have a new compassion for people and service and the amazing power that people have to save, love, and provide hope. I have a new respect for my body, and the amazing things it is capable of. Ive always said that Cancer will never define my life, it will however define a moment in my life, a moment that allowed me to change into the me that Ive always wanted to be. My love to you all
