**难忘叉烧简单制作法** 以下食譜是YummyEasyCooking Josephine多年研發出來 最美味又簡單易整的方法稱得上 色 香 味 俱全! 材料 猪腩肉280g-300g,(兩大匙)李錦記海鮮醬,(兩大匙)李錦記磨豉酱,蜜糖少­許 做法: 01. 猪腩肉放點鹽洗净。 02. 将(海鮮醬,磨豉酱腌汁)全部倒入猪肉调均匀。 盖上保鮮膜放入冰箱冷藏腌制隔夜让其入味。 烤爐,用中火将所有肉块焗熟即可。多余的是油腻汁、要丟掉喔。之后倒入蜜糖 別開大火 糖的成份很容易烧焦 兩次翻面烤成金黃色即可。最后出爐后,再放少量蜜糖(翻拌均匀即可) 叉燒汁拌飯 没時間就淋上少許【李錦記生抽或老抽】 有時間就用小碗【自己調制美味叉燒汁】 1/3匙五香粉、2大匙李錦記海鮮醬、1大匙李錦記蠔油、2大匙李錦記生抽、2大匙李­錦記老抽、1/3匙李錦記麻油、2-3大匙甜米酒、1大匙蜜糖、少許蔥花 請留意: 豬腩肉燒好成品 - (半肥瘦)叉燒 豬頸肉燒好成品 - (瘦)叉燒 以上兩者都超美味! (腌料: 可以只用李錦記排骨醬 代替 李錦記海鮮醬、李錦記磨豉酱) Ingredients: 2 pork shoulder thick strips 2 tbsp Honey For Marinade: 2 tbsp LeeKumKee Spare Rib Sauce Directions: 1. Add pork shoulder toast to coat with marinade- (2 tbsp LeeKumKee Spare Rib Sauce) Set aside, covered with plastic wrap, to let marinate sit in the fridge for overnight. 2. Heat oven to 200°C Use a foil-lined sheet pan. Remove pork from marinade (reserve marinade); Bake for 15 minutes. Baste with reserved marinade; flip and baste again. after then, brush both sides with 2tbsp clear honey, and roast them for further 10 minutes, each side. Continue baking until pork are glazed, browned, and tender, about 5 minutes more. Serve the char siu with your favorite vegetables and white rice. Enjoy and Happy Cooking everyone! Have a nice day!
