Afternoon, heres this weeks menu with a few extra added treats for you. This weeks Napoli inspired pizza specials are: Zucca e porcini: pumpkin, smoked provola, mixed Forest mushrooms & basil. Ava: Tomato, fontal, Napoli salami, onions, peppers, rocket & shavings if provolone picante DESSERT PIZZA: Nutella, ricotta & sprinkles of chopped hazelnuts. Sides: Sweet potato chips served with an Nduja Mayo dip Pane bufala: fired bread finished with torn buffalo mozzarella, olive oil, fresh tomatoes, rocket and black pepper. (Great as a starter!) Garlic bread (with or without cheese) Arancini (from Friday) Stable salads this week are: Smoked salmon and trofie pasta salad with spring onions, fennel, dill & Creme fraiche.
