Afternoon lunch was heavy so night no mood to eat rice .....you need any light food but not ready to waste the rice.... here is a recipe :) Rice rotti with chatnipudi.. :) Ingredients to make rotti :::: Cooked Rice Onion Coriander leaves Curry leaves Green chillies( optional) Jeera Rice flour Salt Except rice flour add all the ingredients first,then add rice flour,((do not add more water because you are going to add with rice))) once the dough is ready set aside for 10 to 15 min then spread it on tava roast it in medium heat..... serve with chatnipudi :) Taste is too good....
