Jacki Spark (Events Co-Ordinator) Stacey Parker (Function’s Co-Ordinator) Ally Jones (Reception & Functions) Hilary Spriggs (Reception & Catering) Sue Rowe (Financial & Admin Co-Ordinator Ned Spark (Grounds Co-Ordinator & Caretaker) and of course… Lisa Raklander (General Manager) Mark Morrisey (Operations Manager) Ian Raklander (Catering Manager & Executive Chef Lucas Vietheer (Chef) Jami-Lee Randall (Reception) John Eggleston (Historian & Horticulturalist) Jeff McGovern (Tour Guide, Shearer & Live Stock Co-Ordinator and of course…. Tess, our new trainee Kelpie Pup The Woolshed has a fantastic year ahead with the completion of the magnificent Café Deck in the near future, we are looking forward to a whole new era for this wonderful venue. Apart from Weddings and Corporate Functions, family get togethers, camping/ family weekends, easter & new year’s eve, the Café Deck will give patrons the opportunity for a spectacular place for Pre dinner drinks & canapés for any event. As well as things like cocktail parties, or a lazy Saturday of Sunday afternoon enjoying high quality food and wines selected from locally produced ingredients and wineries. General Manager Lisa Raklander & Executive Chef Ian Raklander, have planned menus of truly fresh, homemade, handmade foods with boutique beers and the pick of ideal wines to compliment the breathtaking views from the new café deck. Visitors will be treated to live music, great food and wines and an atmosphere that is just unexpectable. You haven’t lived until you have seen a sunset at the Woolshed. Our new and dedicated Woolshed Team are focused on the ultimate visitor experience for all our guests.
