Aggie update: She looked stronger today but still ended up sleeping by the finish of our visit. Drain staying in one more day to measure amount it is pulling off and so they can test what is coming out. She still had inflammatory cells in the fluid which is normal after surgery but they wanted to watch one more day. Blood work showed her protein went up just slightly. She is starting to get a little picky with eating but still doing pretty well with it. They will keep her until Friday now since the drain is staying in an extra day. I am feeling a little less hopeful today but I think that may be because her major improvement strides are over. Now everything that is not a set back is good. Just not as monumental. Mat agrees.
