Ah man, sad news..The Tropics have closed their doors, permanently..This is a sad turn of events..The Fraze, and the City of Kettering are partly responsible for this, and they treated Bill like he had no right to conduct business or use the parking lot that was covered in his exorbitant rental agreement, whenever the Fraze had an event...I will have to think long and hard about giving the Fraze any of my business in the future..Huber Heights is not that far away, and I hear their new amphitheater will be covered...
