Ah, tears of joy! Bela is the dog whos owner died and left explicit instructions in her will for the dog to either go to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary or be euthanized and buried with her. The owner was worried about the animal especially because they were so close and he had showed intermittent aggression with others. Although the owner took a lot of criticism in social media it appears she knew exactly what she was doing (read more in stories included in the comments of the original post from Best Friends Animal Society) Dogs with even only intermittent aggression can so easily fall into the wrong hands and really really suffer abuse or worse for it.
