Aint she a beaut! Inside of crescent roll is leftover dirty rice and mild cheddar cheese. If youre not familiar dirty rice its rice, Cajun spices, onion, bell pepper and either sausage or beef in which case this is beef. I was given a pre packaged jambalaya mix but used it for the dirty rice instead. Unroll crescent rolls and leave as a sheet pinching seams together. Spread out dirty rice to within 1 of edges top with choice of shredded cheese. Roll starting with long side (I did short side but long side would be best as I have a few doughy spots) tucking in ends as you go. Lay final seam side down on baking sheet and bake 350 for 15-25 minutes. Let cool a bit before cutting. Now you dont have to do dirty rice but if you have leftover rice and add your choice of meat and spices then you have another meal or snack in my case enough for 2 meals.
