Air Evac Lifeteam partners each year with the KY Department of Agriculture to promote farm safety and other life saving initiatives during the Kentucky State Fair. A few photos from this week are below. In the first photo is (L-R) Dr. and former Lieutenant Governor Steve Henry, his wife and current KY Commissioner of Veteran Affairs Heather French Henry, AEL Senior Program Director Stephanie Rutter, and AE108 Program Director Mark Harrison. Lieut Gov Henry was instrumental in helping me and many Kentucky EMS Providers struggle through some very difficult Medicare reimbursement issues in 2000-2001. It was nice to visit with them again.
