Air asia i guess i am shocked and amazed that you have decided with all the evidence we have that you would take this stand we could have unlocked the insurance box when in fact it wouldn’t let us I am not new to computers or the web and I tried believe me it tired.. i think it was about 15 days before they got back to us. Which of course was t late the case numbers are CAS-3567737-8G7WG2 CRM:0893130 CAS-3567737-8G7WG2 CRM:0001706 CAS-3630680-BRSQR5 CRM:0001257 air asiaThe ticket was a birthday present please share this with friends air Asia: I spent over hour on phone then we spent over three hours waiting for them on line then they sat until our ten min were up and was disconnected , just sat there and didnt help online they want to charge you for insurance and other extras when you try to change flight when in their policy says 45.00 each way to change but won’t let you take the extras off that they add when you go to change online biggest rip off i have ever seen maybe time to see if this is breaking the law in any way. So maybe the little extra you pay for a different carrier isn’t a bad idea in the long run it saves money. There doing everything they can to drive your cost up. We sent them three emails which was suppose to get back to you in two to five days which would have given us time but no reply in five days. Maybe it’s time to say we have no need for this kind of strategy that it isn’t ok to use the paying customer. Please remember if you fly air asia hope you never have to change your ticket.
