Then look no further - Quantem Aviation has the position you have been waiting for! Quantem Aviation Services is responsible for the loading/unloading of DHL aircraft at GSO. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Duties and responsibilities can change based on need • Ensures a safe work environment by following all QAS and DHL rules, regulations and procedures regarding the work place • Gathers and stages all necessary equipment for load/unload of aircraft • Marshals inbound aircraft into ramp area of assigned gate • Unloads cargo and mail from aircraft • Delivers loaded package containers using tugs to building and transitions containers to static racks for unload • Pushes back outbound aircraft out of the gate area • Actively participates in FOD removal/prevention in airport operations areas • Remove cargo containers from trailers to load onto aircraft or other trucks • Properly stores all equipment at the end of operations MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 18 years of age Must pass a drug test, background check, and be able to obtain airport security clearance PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to stand, lift, bend, push and pull for determined periods of time Must be willing to work outside in all types of weather and elevated noise levels within the airport environment BACKGROUND QUALIFICATIONS: Must be flexible to work various shifts, weekends, or irregular shifts as well as speak and understand English TYPICAL WORKING HOURS: AM Shift: Tuesday - Friday from 5:00 AM to 8:30 AM PM Shift: Monday- Friday from 9:30 PM to 12:30 AM Weekend: Sunday-7:00 PM to 10:30 PM More hours or additional shifts are available based on performance/reliability standards Must be able to work extended hours on short notice during non-routine operations Website: qasllc.aero/
