Airtel India: With extreme disgust, let me inform that the broadband services thats being offered to us is close to being pathetic in terms of the quality of service thats provided. It makes me wonder why does the internet connection keep getting frequently disconnected with minimal speeds in the day times while it works quite Okeyish at nights. We have called your customer care about 6-7 times in as many months in the past. They would come, do some kind of hacky fixes and go away. Things would fall apart a few days after that. We have also messaged you on twitter with absolutely nothing happening after that. This has got nothing to do with rains or the so called construction excuses that your team has got to offer. This just happens as a normal routine. I find it difficult to understand that whys it so hard to provide quality internet connection in the heart of #Kochi. Please do have it in mind that we dont pay you to avail the service at your dispense and convenience. Your service and responses has been, put it simple, irritating to say the least.
