Maybe raise the level? And the town Narsaq are in stake for this exploration of uranium-rich ore in Kuannersuit, 6 kilometers over a plain land. The uranium mining or for the other resources in that mountain or the mountain-complex it gonna affect the town very significantly by the on going mining, in as approximated, 30 years or more. And in that period they will develop tailings of enormous amount in the valleys in the neighborhood for Kuannersuit - Ilimmaasaq intrusion. The fjord-complex is in stake for future use in agriculture, fishery, farming and gardening and in a way very sad because the trees had better conditions in the later time of a softer climate. The farming in both agriculture and by raising animals for meat and still experimenting on milk, and other products, can be hindered by the toxicity in almost eternity. That is what is in stake for the life in a very lovely place the area of Narsaq is, The Pearl of the coast of Greenland, we call it.. Placed at long tang out from in land ice, and where many years of sheep farming and as mentioned cattle and agriculture are on raise as possibility for comming generations. There are other plans nearby in Killavaat Alannguat, Kringlerne, Tanbreez which should be a source for great amount of Rare Earth Metals to almost any technical device of to day. And according to reports on level of uranium concetration in soil should be below the accepted max level. And the tailings there are not at great concern for that place for now. The use of uranium are on critics all over the world now. Even the propaganda film Pandoras Promise still havent convinced holistically thinking critics on use of nuclear power. And specially with the starts of hazardous incidence in Fukushima, which havent been stopped still to day. The alternative way of produce energy are under very fast development and properly will outworn centralized way of energy distribution, which nuclear power in it self is a concentrator of power. and not to forget source of the most disgusting weapon of all - nuclear-bombs. The mining gonna last 30 years and they gonna leave the place destroyed inhabitable and with cost and responsibility to maintain the tailings complex in eternity.
