Alan Wood Reserve, Pedestrian Bridges Call to Artists for Expressions of Interest – State Highway 20, Waterview Connection On behalf of the Well Connected Alliance, Auckland Council seeks expressions of interests from artists to develop a suite of artistic enhancements for three pedestrian bridges. The bridges will span Oakley Creek in Alan Wood Reserve. Please see the attached PDF for renderings of the area, with bridge locations indicated. The three bridges, and the artistic enhancement, are associated with the new motorway link between Mount Roskill and Waterview: nzta.govt.nz/projects/waterviewconnection/index.html To express your interest, either as an individual or a team, please prepare a single PDF document no greater than 2MB in size. It needs to contain up to five images of past work and a brief professional history of up to 400 words. Send your PDF to [email protected] by 9 am on Monday 4 November, 2013. We will confirm receipt of expressions of interest. Artists to be interviewed by the project team will receive an invitation email by Monday 11 November, 2013. Artist(s) invited to join the project will work directly with the project team in the development of artistic concepts.
