“Alang sa Kalinaw ug Kahiusahan, one of the performers sings with several groups of musicians from different regions in Mindanao who came together today at the Institute Mini-Theater to compose a song for peace. The song will be performed in the Tingog ug Tulunggon Mindanao concert tomorrow, September 12, 2014 at 7:00 PM in the MSU-IIT Gymnasium. The concert will feature Mr. Waway Linsahay Saway, a well-known musician and composer in Mindanao, as well as Mindanao based musicians, particularly from Zamboanga, Cagayan de Oro, Davao, Marawi, Bukidnon and Iligan. Mr. Arlem M. Abanes, the Project Coordinator, invites the population of MSU-IIT as the said event will be giving free admission to everybody.
