Albano to hold office hours REGION – Michael J. Albano, governor’s council for Western Mass., announced he will hold office hours in East Longmeadow Monday, Jan. 12 from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. at 280 North Main St., Suite Three. The Governors Council has responsibilities to include confirmation of judicial nominations by the governor; and, nominations to the Industrial Accident Board, Parole Board, Notaries Public and Justices of the Peace. Applications for Notaries Public and Pardon will be available. In addition, the office will assist in the filing of complaints against judges before the Judicial Conduct Commission since there are currently no members appointed from Western Mass. serving on that commission.
