Albondigas España are The Saturday Special for 4/12. Scratch made Spanish Meatballs with Pork, Beef, and Veal; plenty of herbs and seasonings, served Tapas-style in a decadent Saffron and Serrano Ham sauce with crusty bread compliments our West Austin friends at Sweetish Hill Bakery. The MotoGP is in town, so we decided to cook up a little bit of home for the riders (22 of the 90 riders across the three classes are Spanish). Come get your lean on at 2PM!
