Alicia Parker asks: Hi! I am looking for some advice on my wedding cake. I custom ordered this cake, the design brief was pastel colours. The cake arrived the day before my wedding. The cake was the complete wrong colour, I rang them and they told me that it is pastel colours and there is nothing they can do. My only option was to return the cake. I had no choice but to keep the cake as I could not get another wedding cake made within a days notice. My question is, is there anything more I can do? Do I have a case with trading standards? I paid alot of money for a custom cake and it wasnt what I wanted. Thankyou! Alicia x
