Alimosho workers assessment of the outgoing NULGE administration: (1) Workers forum 0%. The administration did not deem it fit to organise a single workers forum in 6yrs thus depriving the workers to meet with the management. (2) Periodic appraisal 0%. There was never a time in the history of the outgoing NULGE administration where a staff meeting was called to update the workers of their achievement, except about a week ago where the outgoing chairman wrote of his achievement on Facebook, which is totally unacceptable to the workers. (3) Staff access to NULGE bus 5%. Permanently taken over by the chairman and his close associates (4) Self interest 82%. Highly corruptible, the union led by his chairman were unable to negotiate for workers Easter bonus while the chairman was able to collect substantial amount of money for his trip to South Africa for his rabies infected dog business. (5) Nulge relationship with staff, 10%. Staff taken for granted anytime their assistance is needed simply because they were not elected but selected. (6) Financial assistant 25%. It is a chop I chop thing tagged 60-40 sharing fomular all because of greed. (7) May Day celebration 0%, there was absolutely no celebration of any kind, no fun fare compared to what we saw in other local government. Dont know what workers day is all about (8) Negotiating power 0%. Dont know how to negotiate on behalf of the staff. Thank God for the presence of our enviable and energetic council manager, Mrs, K . Bello, otherwise known as Iyaniwura of Alimosh local government that brought a unique difference to staff bonus. (9) Unity among its Exco 5%. It was discovered to be a divide and rule thing. It is said that a house divided by itself cannot stand were therefore unable to do any meaningful thing to better the lives of the people they serve. Remark:- The outgoing union Exco are total failure. They do not represent the interest of the staff. Self centred, egocentric, betrayer and despotic in nature. As such they should be removed. A vote for the outgoing chairman choice of candidate is a wasted vote and continuous suffering for the entire work force of Alimosho Local Government (God forbid). The outgoing NULGE chairman has failed us and therefore not eminently qualified to choose for us. If the head of a fish is rotten, other part of the fish is spoilt. (Ti Ori Eja bati baje, gbogbo eja ti baje). Wale MrSugar fighting for the emancipation of the faceless, voiceless and the oppressed Alimosho workers.
