All - We have unveiled a new fitness program for the Second Quarter. The goal is for each cadet to work out 30 minutes, five times per week. This equals 2.5 hours per week. There are 10 weeks in the quarter, so, the overall goal is to work out 25 hours during the quarter. They will keep track of their own activity on a board in the classroom. No extra credit is given for cadets who complete the 25 hours the fastest, or who do more than 25 hours during the quarter. Participation is entirely voluntary; however, any cadet who completes 25 hours during the quarter will be entered to win a prize package after the quarter ends. You can do it. YOU can do it.
