All- on Friday during a routine physical they found evidence of an infarction (heart attack). The extent of the damage is unknown at this time but I will be seeing a specialist as soon as they can get me in. This is a setback and it is scary but it will not defeat me or our community. I will need to slow down a bit as the extreme schedule that I have followed is not helping at all.
