All Praise is to God the Almighty! Just wanted to share the video update of our Winter Aid Convoy. As you are all aware, there have been security issues and violence in some of the areas in North West Syria where the Al Fatiha Global Team in conjunction with #Aid4Syria usually work. Despite this, we have been working hard to find those golden windows of opportunity to get the aid delivered in and to get the distributuon process started. CONGRATULATIONS TO YOU ALL!...Thats correct, all of you who have fundraised, worked hard behind the scenes and raised awareness about our campaigns and mission to get aid into Syria to where it needs to get to most! With Gods Grace, we have managed to deliver 5000 blankets and 7000 food parcels into Syria so far with more in the pipeline in sha Allah. 5000 of those food parcels are destined for the war torn city of Latakia which is a Regime stronghold and where those that are being persecuted have seen minimal aid come through in recent weeks. Brother Pasha Shah of Qaaf Aid has also worked in conjunction with our organisations to provide part of our Blanket Appeal in keeping Syrians warm and we thank his organisation for helping us in our mission to help our brothers and sisters in need. Please continue to support our work...We have so much yet to do! We cannot become complacent in this matter..This is an ongoing crisis..Remember...We are only raising money in six figure numbers...the crisis is AFFECTING EIGHT FIGURE NUMBERS... nearly 9.5 MILLION displaced inside, and almost 2 MILLION at the border!
