All, a link below to a trailer for a Doco that covers a huge swathe of Canberra music history. It follows former Lemon Heads base player Nic Dalton from his first jam in a Canberra garage with Charlie Owen (Tex, Don and Charlie), to his first gigs around classic 80s Canberra pubs like the Cock & Bull, Civic Hotel and Boot & Flogger with his bands the Plunderers (with Stevie Hayes and Pete Velzen who later joined the Falling Joys) and Love Positions (with Robyn St Claire who later joined the Hummingbirds), through to establishing Half A Cow records in Sydney who gave a start to a host of iconic Australian bands including You Am I, Ben Lee, Rat Cat, Swirl, Kim Salmon, Dog Trumpet, the Hummingbirds and Canberra acts the Falling Joys, Sidewinder, Crow, and the Shout Brothers (remember those great Christmas Eve Shouty gigs @ the Harmony Germany Club).youtube/watch?v=X2s20J4-biM
