All day plus an extra forty five minutes at work without pain meds.. and now tired and a little swollen. Prolly gonna take one vike shortly to alleviate the achy nag ive weathered all day. And it seems my presence at the new job is gathering my needed notice... I still dont have a set schedule but I keep getting calls in. I have been steady on for three days and already being counted on for tomorrow. Thank heaven. Today I eas indispensable and ran like a rock star side by side with the boss man. The gal I was supposed to be there with called out so I really showed my stuff today and the shift ran seamlessly with only me. The boss was visibly impressed. But now I am exhausted. And though I need to get that Medicaid app in im super happy to have the hours at work. Surely one morning this week I will be able to do that. Just heard from my po who was glad to know I was on my game and supplied proof of my need to take vicodin this week. Big relief knowing I wont be violating. Oh my. Getting a little punchy from the pain.. so up with my feet down with my pill and out for a couple hours ti recuperate and relax. Three cheers for a happy Monday...
