All go at this end!! The kitchens getting really excited about all the new stuff theyve got to play with (wild garlic, asparagus, Andrews crabs etc etc huh?!), Katies finished the new wine list and has got some belters on there, and Im getting ready for the Wrexham Food & Drink festival this weekend.... Tasting menu going down really well so far (early days, but I reckon its a keeper!) and its dawning on me nicely that were a great party venue for groups of between 6-26. We had 4 big groups last Friday/Saturday - and it was fab!! For the record, I reckon another couple of weeks and the courtyard will be in play (maybe even this weekend if the weather forecast is right?) - couple of guests last night for Tapas Tuesday were wavering, but its still just a bit on the cool side out there!
