All grooming includes a haircut, a bath, toenail trims, ear cleaning and anal glands. It is a process that usually takes about 2 1/2 to 3 hours. And may take longer for large or matted dogs. Short haired dogs should also be groomed regularly. A bath, toenails, ears, and anal glands are included in a bath only service! (Everything except a haircut) I recommend grooming a dog every 6 to 10 weeks, year round. Toenails should be trimmed monthly. Every time you trim a dogs toenails, the quick recedes. If you trim them again before the quick begins to grow out, you can get them shorter. If you trim a dogs toenails too short you can bleed them. At Joeys, toenail trims are a walk-in service, Monday through Friday from 8:00 to 1:00p.m. The cost is only $7.00! Shop hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 to 2:00p.m. There is a $10.00 fee for no-shows! I make appointments every half hour, your promptness is appreciated. Anyone showing up too late will have to reschedule. Spring/Summer I usually book out approx 2 weeks! Please plan ahead!! Thank you all. I appreciate you all!!
