All, its with a heavy heart that I tell you that Tesha and Todd - TopicsExpress

All, its with a heavy heart that I tell you that Tesha and Todd both lost their battle with SNUC yesterday. I cant tell you how angry and sad and defeated I feel. I wish we could progress the research to give everyone more of a fight. While Todd was able to extend his life due to progress made in genome sequencing and understanding how to treat the secondary tumors, it was not a cure. Teshas battle was more like Ashleys...came on with a vengeance and didnt let up. Here are a couple of tributes for these 2 beautiful and faithful people. As we grieve, Tesha is having her tumor removed for the benefit of continued SNUC research. Please pray for both families. Were not giving up...and their fights wont be in vain. Todds tribute: I fought the good fight, I ran the race, I kept the faith. 2 Timothy 4:7 By Todd & Robin Fedie — 13 hours ago My big brother, Todd Patrick Fedie, beloved husband, son, brother, stepfather, grandfather, nephew, father in-law, and friend to so many, passed away tonight at 8:35 p.m. For months I prayed for a miracle for Todd. I prayed that he would be given a remission that would save his life and allow him to be healthy and whole again. It came to me today as I drove to his house in Coon Rapids that I had been looking at it all wrong. God did provide a miracle; it had been there all along. It was Todd. The miracle was the life he was given and the years we all got to know him. The miracle was the way he persevered, always making plans, determined to keep on going. Over the past four years he has embodied the biblical quote that makes the title of this journal entry: I fought the good fight, I ran the race, I kept the faith. 2 Timothy 4:7. Tonight I sat with my brother, held his hand, and told him how proud I was of him. I talked to him about the things we did growing up and what awaited him in Heaven. I sat with his wife, Robin, his good friend, Wane, Robins Aunt Sharon, and Robins sister, Patty. We were together when he passed away, peacefully. I am so thankful for that. Thank you, Lord, for giving me such a wonderful brother. Deborah (Fedie) Goschy a.k.a.
