All month long many of you have taken the time to write and post each day about something that you are or were Thankful for on that day....I did not participate in this ritual, not because I wasnt Thankful, or didnt want to take the time to express my Thanks, but for the simple reason, that try as I may, I could never think of any one thing that I was more Thankful for on that day, then any long list of dozens of things....so today I will give Thanks for the many things. I am first and foremost Thankful for my children...they are my world, they fill me with love, joy, laughter, and happiness.....sometimes they fill me with frustration, aggravation, and exasperation...but they are always the most important, most wonderful aspect of my life, always have been always will be.The one thing that is a constant however is that they all fill me with great pride. Chance, Dakota, and Cheyenne...without the three of you, there would be no reason to be...Thank you for all the wonderful things that you all are, for all the wonderful things that you do...I love you all deeply and dearly.This past year, I have had the wonderful wonderful wonderful experience of being reunited with my lost lambs, those that I thought I would never see again, those that I thought I would never be able to hold again, hug again.....note I did not say love again, because though miles and life kept us away from one another for 31 years, the love was always there, it never went away, never faded....and I am so Thankful to have them be in my world again, and I am so Thankful for the additions that they brought along with them...So Brian and Misty,not only am I immensely Thankful to have you two back in my world, I am thankful to you both for bringing Lacy, Blade, Angelina, Tawny...and the rest of your family circle back into my life again. I am Thankful that we have all been given the chance to know and love freely again, and I am so proud of the wonderful people you have grown into, you both fill me with such pride and joy. I am Thankful to have Amy and Danielle in my life, the children of my Love, they are the children of my heart. They have experienced many ups and downs in life, but they have come full circle and are wonderful, loving, and generous of heart and spirit. I am so grateful to have them in my life, and I am so Thankful for the wonderful bounties that they give to me...and this year we added Ryan to the fold, welcome Ryan, you are loved....as are the little ones, Carmen, Lil Josh (JJ) and Gabby...though we dont get to spend the time with you guys that we would like, we love you all with all our hearts and souls. I am Thankful for Victoria, for having her become part of our lives this year, a part that we had always wanted her to be, and hoped she would be. A beautiful gift to us from God, we are so Thankful for her being able to find us, and for helping us to complete this circle we call family this year...indeed it has been a year for wonderful unions. I am Thankful for my family, My Dad, My step-Mom...My sisters, to those sisters here, those of blood and those of heart, you give me reasons to smile, to laugh, to remember...you give me shoulders to rest my fears on, my burdens on, for you I am grateful, for you I am Thankful....to those sisters no longer with us, you are not forgotten, you are remembered you are loved, and one day we will laugh and love together again...for that promise I am Thankful. I am thankful for my brothers, again those of the blood and those of heart...you are all more precious to mean than any of you can ever realize...I am Thankful for being a part of you. To my nieces and nephews.....generation after generation, Know that I love each and every one of you, and am Thankful to see each day, the wonderful men and women you have grown into, and continue to grow into...I am Thankful for your love, and your spirits, you all fill me with great pride, as I watch you all face and conquer the world....to the Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, I am grateful to you all, for allowing me to be a small part of your lives, each of you mean more to me than I can say...thanks to you all for the love and memories of time gone by, and time yet to come. To my friends, I am thankful for your prayers, for your support, for your laughter, your shoulders that I lean on, for your prayers (did I mention that...lol), for your generosity, and for you allowing me to be a part of your lives, each and every one of you, those that share the trials, the tribulations of my life, the joys and the wonders of my life I am grateful...and To God...I am thankful for this life that you have given me, for these people that you have put in my world...they all serve to make me who I am. I am thankful for the sunny days that you give me, even on the wettest, cloudiest of days, the sun shines through, in the hearts of those you have surrounded me with. I am Thankful for the burdens you place upon my shoulder, they give me strength and purpose. I am Thankful for the love that you give me each day, the arms that you hold me within, so that I might bear these burdens. I am thankful for the life that you breathe in me, the very existence of my soul. I am Thankful for the love, the love that you give me, the love that you have allowed me to give....and most of all, I am thankful, that this gifts are not just one day out of the year, or one day out of the month, but that they are given, freely, each and every day, for all time........and I am grateful and Thankful, that I am here, able to share these wonderful blessings with those who fill my life with the blessings, joy and wonder of love and life...Thanks to you all...have a truly wonderful blessed day...I will be thinking and loving you all............................
