All of our guests have gone home for the evening, the last of the HK team has gone home for the night and I am left to my thoughts and would like to share some of them with you all. Remaining very hands on with all aspects of what is Hellenic Kouzina, I wish I could spend more time on the floor visiting with you all. On the occasion that I am able to come out from behind my work area, it is with great joy that I stop by each table and share in your visit to HK, even if it is for a brief moment. As hard as it is for many to believe this building was a drive thru bank in its former life, it is just as hard for me to believe how far we have come in the 20 months we have been here. All I can say is THANK YOU! Recently, we added a tab to tripadvisor on our page and wanted to say thank you to all who have contributed there. As always, please dont hesitate to share your feelings with us when you are here. You have an incredible audience in house waiting to listen, in an effort to remain your first choice for fresh food, which we prepare daily for your enjoyment (and ours too :). All feedback is always welcomed and appreciated and without it we wouldnt be where we are today and would not be heading in the direction we are heading for tomorrow and beyond. Tripadvisor, Urbanspoon, Yelp... theyve all been great tools. Its been a slow process but in the coming weeks our permits should be in place for the construction of a little bit bigger and overall better Hellenic Kouzina!
