All that we are is the result of what we think. What thoughts have crossed your mind creating limited belief lately? I thought about this on my way to work today. Although I try to keep my thoughts pretty positive, I noticed several that were not.. “I feel fat.” Well, then I’ll keep feeling that way. “The house is never going to be organized.” Well, then it won’t. “I’ll just do it when I have time.” Well, then I’ll keep putting it off. “That person drives me nuts!” Well, then everything they do will continue to annoy me. “If I do this for myself then I’m being selfish.” Well, then I will keep from giving myself the little things I need. – This gave me an idea. What if, for every negative thought we catch ourselves thinking, we follow it up with: “However, I believe that all things are possible and all things can change.” Imagine that little bit of extra motivation we would create every time!
