All the great civilizations that inhabited our planet are long gone and mostly forgotten. They only left behind a few scattered pieces of the physical evidence of their existence. Monuments, sculptures, and ancient scriptures such as the 6,000-year-old Vedic texts remind us of their superior knowledge and spiritual advancement. However, we have ridiculed some of their ‘strange’ cults or religious practices because we do not understand their true meaning. Besides, times have changed. We live in the present and not in the past, among our ancestors; although it might possibly be that we actually were these very same ancestors in previous lifetimes. Today we face different challenges and we have to meet them with different means.
