All these discussions start at the wrong end, with the problem of the vast majority of society, those who have to work to put bread on the timetable, who have no inherited wealth, shares or ownership of the means of production to sustain themselves. I would rather begin with the real problem of people whose only talent in the majority of cases is to be conceived to already rich people and who are very well off and devote all their energies to increasing their wealth and power. That to me is the peculiar part of this class equation. Why does anyone need lots more than loads and doesnt it distort human society? Ive met a number of Etonian government ministers and I tell you, I wasnt a bit impressed by their wit, intelligence or integrity.
