If I see one more out of touch jerk call her stupid or incompetent or suggest that she must have broken hospital protocol my head is going to explode. Lets get a few things straight. Hospital protocols are not put in place to protect employees. Neither are they there to protect patients. They are there to protect hospitals. Furthermore, do you know what happens when your loved one who is in contact and droplet precautions suddenly goes apneic or bradycardic? The nurses dont spend 3 minutes donning PPE. They run into the room, grab an ambu bag and start chest compressions. These people are risking their own health to save the lives of others. Go back to the cat videos and inconsequential memes that youre used to, internet. And, as always, please feel free to STFU.
