Earlier tonight in Hanover County, Henrico County, and Mechanicsville, as well as parts of the Richmond area were battered with intense isolated strong thunderstorms that dumped very heavy amounts of rainfall (on top of what "Andrea" left behind Friday), and spawned what many onlookers claimed was a possible tornado (but unconfirmed). Many areas saw nothing this evening; but tomorrow everybody gets in on the act with scattered (and possibly severe) showers and thunderstorms throughout Central Virginia! Be on your guard tomorrow!
