Allegedly...experimental...in the laboratory.... hmmmmm Pause for a second at 1:59m I guess all beings on earth are not unlike prisoners of war, since this is such a powerful and potentially lethal weapon used by militry and industrial complexes capable of destroying entire cities and leave so many dead or destitute...as we see weather doing these days... For years I have been reading reports of fake lighting, and even think I witnessed a manufactured lighting storm where I live, a couple of yrs ago. If this technology is being used to cause weather chaos already, but undisclosed, how is it that we would know when and when not in use? Which disasters have we seen that were natural an which ones were experiments of weather control?
